RETURN & REFUND POLICY

1. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you receive the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g., email).

2. Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs.

Reimbursement will be made within 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or you have supplied proof of return shipment.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed.

3. Returning Goods

You must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you inform us of your withdrawal.

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

The goods must be returned:

·         Unused

·         In original condition

·         In original packaging

You are only liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

4. Non-Returnable Items (Exceptions)

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

·         Custom-made or personalized products

·         Sealed goods not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery

·         Digital goods once download or streaming has begun with prior consent

·         Goods inseparably mixed with other items after delivery

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photo evidence.

We will offer either a replacement or a full refund.

Return shipping costs in such cases will be covered by us.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund, first check your bank account and contact your credit card provider or bank, as processing times may vary.

7. Dropshipping Notice

Do not send returns without contacting us first.

As a dropshipping business, we may provide additional return instructions after your withdrawal request.

8. Exchanges
