SHIPPING POLICY

1. General Information

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed with Matioré

As an environmentally conscious business, we operate on a print-on-demand production model.

This means that products are manufactured only after an order is placed, reducing overproduction and minimizing environmental impact.

2. Production Time

Because our products are made to order, production begins only after payment has been successfully processed.

Production times typically range between 2–7 business days, depending on the product type and production partner workload.

During high-demand periods, production may take longer.

3. International Production & Delivery Times

Our products are produced and fulfilled by international partners located abroad.

As a result, delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, customs procedures, and local postal services.

·         Estimated delivery within the EU: 5–14 business days after production.

·         Estimated delivery outside the EU: 7–21 business days after production.

Please note that these timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates.

4. Customs, Duties and External Delays

For international shipments, customs processing may cause delays beyond our control.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities, postal services, or unforeseen circumstances such as strikes, natural events, or carrier disruptions.

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the destination and product type.

Any applicable taxes or duties required by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (where available).

Tracking updates may take several days to appear after shipment.

7. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

8. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us within 5 days of the expected delivery date.

We will work with the shipping provider to investigate and provide a suitable resolution.

 

9. Additional fees

If any unexpectedd costums fees occur, please contact us and we will resolve the issue immediately.
