SHIPPING POLICY

1. Made-to-Order Production
MATIORÉ operates on a print-on-demand, made-to-order model. Each product is produced specifically for your order after payment is confirmed.
Production time: 2–7 business days
2. Delivery Times
After production is complete, estimated delivery times are:
- European Union: 5–14 business days
- Outside the EU: 7–21 business days
These are estimates only. Actual delivery times may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
3. Shipping Costs & Taxes
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout. Any applicable customs duties or import taxes for international orders are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise stated.
4. Order Tracking
Tracking information will be provided via your order confirmation email once your order has been dispatched. Please note that tracking updates may take several days to appear after dispatch.
5. Accurate Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of ordering. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information. Additional fees may apply if reshipment is required.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or you believe it has been lost, please contact us at matiore.co@yahoo.com within 30 days of the expected delivery date, providing your order number and any relevant photos.
We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
7. Customs and Import Delays
International shipments may be subject to customs inspection, which can cause additional delays. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities, postal services, or force majeure events.
