All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or refuse orders at our discretion.
An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of your order — acceptance occurs when your order is dispatched.
As a made-to-order business, each item is produced specifically upon receipt of your order.
4. Prices and Payment
All prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout and include applicable VAT where required by law.
Payment is due at the time of purchase. We accept the payment methods listed at checkout.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, or circumstances beyond our control.
Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

6. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your goods, subject to the exceptions outlined in our Return & Refund Policy.
Please note that as a made-to-order business, most of our products are exempt from the right of withdrawal under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(c).
